I had a fortunate thing happen recently. I located one of Hank's long lost cousins. I named her Hattie. She is a bit cleaned up or reglazed. I'm not sure which one. She was floating around in cyber space on e-bay. I couldn't resist making a bid. I won the bid and just received her in the mail last week. She is in really good condition. I am toying with what her first batch of cookies might be. I think I am actually going to go for the teacakes. My grandson, James, is celebrating his first birthday next month. We plan to celebrate at the beach. I just may make marine shaped cookies. In fact I shall try my luck at making the teacakes 3-D as my Mom did for us when we were little. I will share with a photo soon on my trial run with this baking challenge. Hattie is quite charming don't you think?
